I am a dedicated Educator with over a decade of experience designing and delivering engaging instruction for diverse learners across multiple environmentsface-to-face, online, synchronous, and asynchronous. My teaching philosophy centers on meeting students where they are, using a range of instructional strategies that accommodate various learning styles to ensure every learner has the opportunity to thrive. In addition to my education experience, I bring over twenty years in Information Technology, which allows me to integrate technology seamlessly into the learning process. Whether guiding school-age students in building foundational skills or helping college learners strengthen critical thinking and digital literacy, I aim to make learning accessible, relevant, and empowering.
