About Me

As a passionate educator with a Bachelor's in Vocational Education from Buffalo State University, I have over 5 years of experience in both classroom and tutoring settings, specializing in NCLEX preparation for nursing students. My journey in education began in 1991, and since then, I have dedicated myself to helping students of all ages succeed in their nursing careers. I believe in meeting learners at their level, encouraging them to share their existing knowledge, and building from there to foster confidence and understanding. My experience as a nursing instructor and school nurse equips me with the practical insights necessary to guide students effectively. I am committed to creating a supportive learning environment where every question is valid, ultimately empowering my students to excel in their nursing exams and beyond. Outside of tutoring, I work with therapy dogs in schools and nursing home facilities.
