About Me

My academic journey began with Master's degrees in Biotechnology and Oncology, which sparked my lifelong passion for biomedical research. I earned my Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from Paris XI University in France, where I studied the molecular mechanisms of blood cancers. After completing my doctorate, I spent a decade at UT Southwestern Medical Center in the U.S., conducting research in blood stem cell metabolism and cancer while mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, Ph.D. candidates, and research technicians. I tutor a broad range of subjects in biology and biotechnology, with particular enthusiasm for hematology, oncology, stem cell biology, metabolism, genetic engineering, physiology, microbiology, cell biology and biochemistry. My teaching style is both structured and adaptableI focus on setting clear goals and presenting complex concepts in an organized, approachable way, while tailoring my methods to each student's learning style and pace.
