I am an honors student studying Forensic Biology at West Virginia University. I am a rising junior and in the process of completing my foundational 200-level STEM classes. My passion is biology, but I am also strong in college-level chemistry and math up to and including Calculus 1. My experience in teaching includes being an Honors Mentor for the WVU Honors College, where I teach incoming freshmen about a wide variety of college topics and provide supplementary tutoring upon request. I would describe my tutoring style as demonstrative, as I have found that helping students practice the content they struggle with yields the most impactful results. However, all students are different, and I tailor my teaching methods to each student.
