I believe in lifelong learning, where we continue to challenge and grow through discovering new topics and adventures along the way. Too often, I've seen that learning can be boring or mundane, so I am passionate about helping to spark the same passion in others.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology and another Bachelor of Science in Accounting. More recently, I received a Master of Finance and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Over the years, I have more informally studied architecture, the sciences and continue to try and learn as much as possible about whatever topics strike me as interesting at any moment in time.

Professionally, I have worked as a Director of Finance, specifically in the hospitality industry for over 20 years having worked across the United States as well as in the Caribbean. More recently, I have started my own business consulting service to assist entrepreneurs and new business owners with accounting, strategy development, long-term planning and success through financial analysis, improvement plans and goal oriented short-term action plans.

I enjoy tutoring all business development, finance related and accounting topics and watching someone grow and achieve success both personally and professionally through a better understanding of these topics.
