I graduated from a Wesleyan University, and currently work as a tutor at a middle school in Meriden. I am familiar with how schools operate under the effects of the pandemic. I using interactive tutoring techniques to engage student and aim to create fun learning experience. I'm passionate about helping students achieve academic success. I help students to learn math by explaining math concepts using graphics and videos. I then assign students practice questions until they fully retain the concepts. I have been a successful math student, and took math courses up to Calculus 2.Although I enjoy learning and tutoring math. I actually majored in anthropology. I can help with the process of writing personal essays and academic papers. I minored in College of East Asian Studies, and am a native Chinese speaker.
