About Me

Hi everyone! I'm Mr. G, and I'm looking forward to helping you hit your academic goals. I'm a certified teacher and qualified principal with a Master of Education and over ten years of full-time experience. I'd say my biggest strength is versatility. I've worked with every grade from Kindergarten all the way up to Grade 12though I spend most of my time with Middle and High School students. I'm definitely a 'jack-of-all-trades' when it comes to subjects; I cover everything from Math and Science to Social Studies and Phys. Ed.. Because I work across so many areas, I love helping students 'connect the dots' between different subjects to make those complex ideas a lot easier to wrap your head around. I also have a ton of experience teaching English as a second language. I actually lived abroad for 15 years and taught in places like Singapore and South Korea. I've traveled to over 40 countries, and I love using those global experiences to bring my lessons to life and connect with students from all different backgrounds. I make it a point to adapt my style to whatever works best for you, so you always feel confident and supported. Whether we're tackling a tough Math problem or just practicing your conversational English, I bring a high-energy, adventurous spirit to every session.
