About Me

I am a graduate of The University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Since graduation, I have been teaching 5th grade with a passion for student growth and having fun while learning. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with all subject areas, including Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies. I support student's well being, and like to connect and demonstrate how the concepts they learn can be applied to their future to make it more meaningful for them. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my kids (16 and 12), photography, listening to music, and doing puzzles that make me think!
