About Me

I am a graduated of West Chester University with my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I received my Masters in Higher Education From Neumann University. I have my level 2 certifications in Elementary Education K-6 and Special Education K-8, and level 1 certification in administrative leadership. I taught for ten years in grades 1, 3, and 5. In the last four years of my teaching, I focused on math. I currently hold the title of Assistant Principal of S.T.E.M for grades K-8. I believe in teaching the whole child and not just the academics. Children need to learn how to be citizens outside of the brick and mortar; therefor, I always connect my lessons to real-world experiences to make them more engaging for students. I believe in students feeling safe in the learning environment and knowing that it is okay to make mistakes because that's a great way to learn and build on your skills.
