About Me

Hello, my name is Audrey Nakoff. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Information Systems. My favorite subjects were often math and science, but I always loved seeing my professors' passion for the subject matter. Over the years, I have helped my mother tutor and assist students with homework in an afterschool program for kindergarten through sixth grade. I have experience with most subjects, but my favorite to teach are math and science. My main focus when teaching is to help students gain a solid understanding of the material in order to apply it themselves. I have always enjoyed the way a student's face would light up with the joy of understanding. My main goal with tutoring is to meet each student where he or she is in that moment and to help them reach their individual education goals.
