I have been a violin tutor and math tutor in the past for middle school/high school students and also have experience of helping other students understand concepts in math. My tutoring style is pretty flexible, adjusting to what the student desires - I combine going through class concepts/questions for the first half and using a lesson plan to go over certain topics during the second half. I encourage an active learning environment in which it helps students build their confidence in being able to answer and understand new concepts. When I'm not tutoring or studying, I enjoy playing with my puppy or watching the Great British Baking Show.
