I am a science Ph.D. who is looking to help you. I have four and a half years' experience at mentoring gifted students, and over three hundred hours' experience at tutoring STEM subjects, at both high school and college levels. I like seeing a student first understand something, and I have often done so.

I am also passionate about tutoring Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus. My teaching style is not set in stone; I understand that everyone learns differently and will try to find a learning method that will suit the student. Next year, I will begin my pursuit of a PhD in Biological Engineering, and I aspire to be an undergraduate professor and researcher. In my free time, I love to play guitar, play pickup basketball, and spend time at the beach.

I'm Lauren. I'm a second year mechanical engineering major at Georgia Tech. I enjoy sharing my love of math and science with students. I have taken and passed all 4 AP physics and all AP maths. I also got a 1560 SAT.

I'm a big proponent of multimedia teaching and finding ways to use presentations, animations, and demonstrations to help students understand the beauty of our mechanical universe.
