I believe that everybody has greatness in them it just needs to be pulled out of them. The pulling and the tugging comes from many contributing elements within our environment. Learning happens from the simplest of gestures, such as the changing colors of the leaves on a tree and the wing blowing that releases on another tree it's leaves. All of which to indicate the process of season changing one ending and another to arrive . So the process of learning and the release of greatness comes in cycles . The ending of one making way for the arrival of another. Nonetheless Waiting and anticipating its pull.

I'm currently a student at Yale who has a fervent passion for teaching those around me! The best way to better the world is to educate and guide the younger. I love to read, write and discuss, so this job naturally works with my attributes! I look forward to helping your loved ones.

After graduating from Northwestern University and later, Loyola Law School, I entered the field of Criminal Law to defend individuals' 4th and 5th amendment rights. After several years in White Collar Criminal Defense, I joined the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office to gain experience in trial work and serve the public. As a prosecutor for nearly thirty years, I gave defendants the benefit of a doubt and a constructive second chance. In the course of many trials and written briefs, I learned the importance of clear and concise oral and written communication. I am passionate about showing others how to have fun creating and shaping a persuasive and clear written product whether a school essay, a college application or as a life skill. In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, travel, my dogs, reading and assisting screenwriting professionals produce winning works.

For nearly 10 years, I have gained experience as a school counselor, adjunct professor, and mental health counselor - all of which involve my love and passion for both psychology/counseling and helping others. I have learned a great deal from these professional experiences and continue to learn from them each and every day. I strive to share what I learn with others and help them in any way I can.

I am a graduate of Chestnut Hill College and The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. I received my Bachelor of Science in Forensic Biology and Two Master Degrees; one of Education and the other of Fine Arts. I have dedicated my professional career to educating Biology and Theater students in Higher Education, High School and Middle School. I am passionate about intentional and experiential educational practices which I believe are the foundation for success. I focus on providing applicable knowledge and skills for all students. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Biology and Theater. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, reading, watching movies and directing/performing in community/regional theater productions.

As Senior College student and young Entrepreneur, I can relate to the challenges of studying. I've taught myself how the brain learns to be successful in my coursework, and I'm passionate about teaching. I do my best learning when I need to teach a subject from different angles of understanding.

I have a Bachelors of Early Childhood Education from the University of Science in Arts of Oklahoma. I have spent the past 20 years working in education. My area of expertise is in teaching children to read. I love helping children achieve their academic goals while fostering a love for learning.

I graduated from Xavier University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. In 1998, I earned my Master of Physical Therapy from Allegheny University of the Health Sciences. After working as a physical therapist for several years, I continued practicing and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2014. I have been a clinical instructor to numerous physical therapy students. In addition, I taught Therapeutic Exercise and Therapeutic Modalities & Pharmacology as an adjunct professor for athletic training students. Because I had experience in opening two physical therapy clinics for a hospital employer and a private practice employer, I decided to utilize that experience to open my own independent physical therapy practice in 2015. After earning my NASM Personal Training Certification and pursuing specializations in Fitness Nutrition and Corrective Exercise, I closed my physical therapy practice in 2021 to focus on my current wellness business. I have passed the NATA-BOC, NATA, NASM-CPT, NASM-FNS, and NASM-CES exams on the first attempt. I know how to prepare, study, and pass professional exams! I currently assist with coaching a USATF XC & Track team; however, I miss teaching academically. I am excited to join the Varsity Tutor platform to teach and mentor students who are interested in athletic training, physical therapy, personal training, and nutrition. I am a gym-rat and an endurance junkie! I workout almost 2 hour every day because I love how exercise increases my energy. I believe my experience across the medical-fitness industry will provide students with great insight into both academic and real-world learning.

I am a junior at Rollins College and I am majoring in computer science and philosophy. I am passionate about working with students because I want to share my love of learning with them. I can tutor students of all ages and grades especially k-12 age students.
