The student is provided with experiences in psychomotor skills, movement, and lifetime health-related fitness knowledge, sklls, and values. Students develop psychomotor skills and engage in movement and lifetime fitness activities at moderate to vigorous levels for a minimum of 50% of the instructional time. Students participatein activities that apply movement principles found in team sports, individual/dual sports, fitness and wellness activities, dance/rhythms, and lifetime recreational activities.
