Students learn tasks in various Web Technology job roles, emerging computer technology, business technology types, ethics/privacy, and security issues. Introduction to operating systems, file systems, hardware/software, client server, peripherals, software updating/patching, programming languages, and software development processes.

Covers fundamentals of networking, Internet protocols, and network security. Includes LAN/WAN, computer/network devices, network operating systems, OSI Model, virtualization, data packets, and protocols. Covers basic security concepts, physical and data security, governing agencies, and legal/ethical issues.

In conjunction with Computer and Network Security Fundamentals, students focus on networking, Internet protocols, and network security.

Focuses on technical underpinnings of cybersecurity, common vulnerabilities, attack mechanisms, consequences, and motivations. Covers cryptographic algorithms (Kerberos, hashing), PKI, certificates, intrusion detection, port scanning, and network traffic analysis.

Covers risk mitigation planning, Risk Management, security policy, contingency planning, disaster recovery, continuity of business, and forensic analysis.

Build on previous knowledge to learn database design, structure, and operation. Includes base understanding of SQL, database security policies, vulnerabilities, and intrusions.

Focuses on software design, software attack vectors, best practices, and safe coding considerations.

Provides students with an introduction to the knowledge, human relations, and technological skills found today in technical professions. Includes understanding robotics history, sensors, programming concepts, engineering design principles, and safety.
