Introduction to Transportation Technology includes knowledge ofthe major automotive systems and the principles of diagnosingand servicing these systems. Transportation Technology includesapplicable safety and environmental rules and regulations. InTransportation Technology, students will gain knowledge and skillsin the repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of transportationsystems. This study will allow students to reinforce, apply, andtransfer academic knowledge and skills to a variety of interestingand relevant activities, problems, and settings. The focus of thiscourse is to teach safety, tool identification, proper tool use, andemployability.
