Music TheoryMusic in Our World is a hands-on course that provides musical understanding forpersonal pleasure. In this course, students will come to understand and valuemusic in a variety of ways. Students will relate music to their lives and learn aboutmany styles and cultures. Students will explore the different roles music takes inhistory and in society, and why each role is important. During the course, studentswill also explore their own musical heritage while keeping an open mind toexplore unfamiliar ones.
