Work-Based Learning Experience provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of professional settings through volunteer or paid employment. The Work-Based Learning Experience is designed to provide real-world application of skills learned in the classroom, while also developing new competencies in the workplace. Students will be placed in a variety of settings where they will contribute meaningfully to the organization’s operations. Students will enhance their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while gaining a deeper understanding of industry-specific practices. A key component of this course is the provision of job coaching, where students will receive personalized guidance and feedback from trained mentors to help them navigate challeng
