As a building block for further study in German, the students will know and use the present tense and other basic grammatical concepts. The students will also ask and answer questions about personal information and daily life activities through teacher-student interaction and cooperative practice. The students will become aware of the value of learning a world language in a multicultural society. A variety of cultural topics will be introduced.
