# AVID AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) 1 credit Grades 9-12 # BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY/COMPUTER SCIENCE All Career and Technical Education full year classes will satisfy the Fine/Performing/Practice Arts graduation requirement.
Prerequisites: 3D Art & MUST have teacher approval. Instructional focus should be on various Advanced Threedimensional media such as: Paper Mache, Plaster Casting, Wood, Ceramics and/or pottery, and Mixed-Media to name a few. Processes and techniques include extensive additive and subtractive sculpture techniques with various materials to create Advanced 3-D sculptural forms. Students explore Conceptual and advanced spatial relationships through the use of nonobjective, abstract, or representational forms, products, or structures. Regularly scheduled field trips!
