Roosevelt High School – Choir: Beginning - Mixed

Students in this non-auditioned, year-long choir focus on building essential choral singing techniques and musical knowledge while cultivating a healthy tenor, baritone, or bass voice. Mixed choir members develop music fundamentals through vocal tone development, basic music theory, music history, ear training, sight reading, and ensemble rehearsal techniques. Students build a strong and supportive musical community as they prepare a diverse repertoire for mixed ensemble to perform at concerts, community events, and festivals.
