In this activity-based course, students learn the principles of weightlifting, plyometrics, agility training, and/or powerlifting. The course emphasizes the five components of fitness: cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Students participate in assessments throughout the course.
