Randolph A. Philip AVT High School – Automotive Collision Repair

Automotive Collision Repair students learn the basics of fixing and restoring damaged vehicles. Along with repairing the body of the vehicle, students learn valuable business skills like estimating cost of repairs, as well as hands-on instruction in the painting process inside a professional paint booth. Relevant industry skills taught include removal, repair, and replacement of interior and exterior body panels, accessories, electrical devices, trim, and automotive glass. Students learn the proper use of power and hand tools, welding and bonding processes and techniques, and safety.
