Construction Management I provides an introduction to construction management principles used in the industry, including the organization of project teams, role of the project manager, how project management is used within the industry, and basic project management concepts and techniques.<br>Construction management I students will implement learned project management skills via working as managers and safety supervisors with Geometry in Construction students. Students in this course will work on additional certifications and have the opportunity to compete in Skills USA competitions.
