Intermediate Weight Training helps students go beyond the normal work-out. Students are expected to have completed the basic Weight Training class and can demonstrate knowledge of the basics of resistance training techniques and design an individual weight training program which includes principles of nutrition.
Prerequisites: Weight Training Beginning
Grades: 9 (sem 2 only), 10-12
