Ponderosa High School – CTE Credit-for-Work Experience

Students work on the job in a business related area and receive credit plus pay fromemployers. Students must provide their own transportation, have proper insuranceforms, and work a minimum number of hours per semester. Students must successfullycomplete classroom requirements in order to receive credit for work experience hours.If a student completes 120 hours, 0.5 credit is awarded. If a student completes 240hours, the amount of credit given is changed to 1.0 credit.
