Phoenix Military Academy High School – Art I

This course establishes a strong foundation for higher level visual art courses at Kenwood by diving into the elements of art and creating a wide variety of two and three dimensional projects using a range of processes from drawing to painting, ceramics, textiles and more. Students will develop art interpretation skills and begin to create artworks that communicate their own unique ideas. This class is great for someone with a lot or a little of prior artmaking knowledge looking for a hands-on class experience with the opportunity for personal expression.
