Severe orthopedic impairments that adversely affect educational performance, including congenital anomalies, disease (e.g., bone tuberculosis), or other causes (e.g., cerebral palsy, amputations, fractures).
Prerequisites: Current medical evaluation from a licensed MD or DO indicating diagnosis/prognosis and a comprehensive educational assessment
Grades: Ages 3 through 21
