Peace Academy – Deaf/Hard of Hearing (D/HH)

A permanent or fluctuating hearing loss that interferes with the acquisition of auditory skills, speech, and language, affecting educational performance. This includes deafness (loss of 66 to 90+ decibels) and hard of hearing (30 to 65 decibels).
Prerequisites: Audiological evaluation, otological evaluation from a licensed MD or DO, and a comprehensive educational assessment
