Paxon School/Advanced Studies – Advanced Placement Art Studio (2-Dimensional Design Portfolio)

The course is for serious art students who need a collection of original, personal works in presentation form required for AP Art. During this course the student will work on the Concentration section of their portfolio demonstrating 'an in-depth, personal commitment to a particular artistic concern.' Work should show a considerable investment in 'time, effort, and thought.' Fifteen quality, completed works of art are required before the end of the year.
Prerequisites: Portfolio I and Teacher Recommendation
