The focus of this course is drawing/painting. This course is for serious art students who need a collection of original, personal works in presentation form, required for AP Art. In this course, the art student will work on the Concentration section of their portfolio demonstrating 'an in-depth, personal commitment to a particular artistic concern.' Work should show a considerable investment in time, effort, and thought. Fifteen quality, completed works of art are required before the end of the year.
Prerequisites: Portfolio I and Teacher Recommendation
