Students will develop a clear understanding of the financial environment, financial institutions, and economics (domestic and international). The following industries will be covered from an operational and occupational aspect: Economics, Banking (savings and lending), and Investing. Students will learn about the laws and regulations to manage business operations and transactions in the securities industry. The securities and investment topics will cover stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and alternative investments. Other financial services will be covered such as international business, insurance, and cash management services. The class will explore careers in the business and finance field.<br> ๐Ÿ”ป |
