Pat Dillard Special Achievement Center – Tallenettes

Tallenettes is the dance/drill team. This class is a full year program that meets during a period assigned within the school day. Additional practice time outside the school day is also required throughout most of the school year. The Tallenettes perform during various functions such as pep rallies, games, contests, parades, etc. Students are required to purchase and wear required practice and game wear. For the fall semester only, Physical Education (PE) credit (0.5) is awarded for successful participation and can only be earned for 2 fall semesters. Students removed from this program will be placed in PE or Dance depending on credits already completed. Successful completion of two years of this program will satisfy both the Fine Arts credit and PE credit.
