Weight Training (Y)is designed to introduce students to a weight-training program thatwill promote over-all body fitness. The student will be exposed todifferent types of weight equipment and methods of training withweights. The student will also gain knowledge of the differenttypes of exercises, correct techniques of executing the variousexercises, proper breathing, and the safety factors involved inspotting.
