Students engage in roller coaster design projects to test speed and balance, robotics applications, and the Tallest Tower Challenge to develop design and collaboration skills.

Curriculum includes the study of chromosomes and sickle cell disease. Students participate in the Strawberry Lab to extract DNA and the Chinampas Project to explore ancient farming techniques and modern sustainability. Lessons connect cell function and organelles to real-world analogies.
