The Ethnic Studies course is designed to introduce the experiences of ethnic communities that are not often studied in-depth in core social studies courses. This course emphasizes a multitude of experiences and perspectives in history while discussing various social and political movements led by various ethnic and racial groups to achieve change. In addition, we will examine the major contributions that diverse groups of people have made to our global community.
