Classroom and laboratory instruction in history, customs, traditions and purpose of Army JROTC. Development of basic leadership skills including leadership principles, values and attributes. Emphasis on writing skills and oral communications. Physical fitness, diet, nutrition, healthy lifestyles and substance abuse prevention. Study of U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, responsibilities of citizens and federal justice system.
