Theatre Arts I Grades 9, 10, 11, 12 1 credit Theatre Arts I is a performance-based course which offers students an introduction to the process and production of theatre. Students will use critical thinking and problem solving to create personal meaning through collaborative performances. Students will use theatre practices to create, perform, and reflect in social and historical contexts. An expectation is that students will attend live theatrical productions during after-school hours. The number of required non-school hour events during a school year may not exceed 6.
