Lincoln High School – Library Aide

In order for academic credit to be earned, specific daily/weekly goals must be met and monthly book reports must be completed. Students will learn the basics of library operation including organization and maintenance of materials, circulation, reference and research, and the use of equipment and digital media. Students will shelve books, shelf read, circulate materials, deliver equipment and other materials to classrooms, complete projects, troubleshoot technology issues, use various computer applications, help set up for meetings and perform other tasks as necessary.
Prerequisites: Media Specialist approval required.
