To register for a Back-2-School Health Clinic, a child must meet the following requirements: Must be new to Hillsborough County Public or Charter Schools. Must be uninsured, under-insured, or have Medicaid coverage; Private Insurance is not eligible. Enrolling in the 7th grade this year and need a routine immunization booster shot.
