In this course you will be able to expand your culinary skills, learn management, and leadership practices of the culinary industry. Students are taught employability skills, which include job-specific traits, job interview techniques, communication skills, financial and budgeting activities, human relations, and portfolio development. Students will be required to take and pass, with 100%, a mandatory safety exam within the first two weeks of school to remain in the course.
