In this course you will be given the opportunity to learn, reinforce, and apply information in a variety of settings in the areas of small animal, systems/business and associations. Subject areas in this course to be covered are, but not limited to, small mammals, amphibians, reptiles, birds, dogs, cats and species-specific information. Study will also highlight ownership, hazards, and welfare of small animals.You will also have the opportunity to participate in extended learning experiences by joining the National FFA Organization. Students will be required to take and pass, with 100%, a mandatory safety exam within the first two weeks of school to remain in the course. EQUINE SCIENCE
