Students will work as a team to create an online and/or print school newspaper, covering school and community events. Students will develop real-world skills including time management, budgeting and working collaboratively while creating publications using industry standard software. As members of the newspaper staff, students in this course will be expected to: participate in an advertising campaign that includes selling advertisements in the community and to report on afterschool activities, as assigned.
