In this course, you will investigate careers in the hospitality cluster including, travel and tourism, recreation, amusement, attractions, resorts, restaurants, and food beverage services. You will also gain an understanding of the restaurant industry, including sanitation and safety, and food service practices. This course is hands-on, lab based, and project focused.Students will be required to take and pass, with 100%, a mandatory safety exam within the first two weeks of school to remain in the course.
