This advanced level Sociology course is offered for both college and high school credit. It is a rigorous course taught at the college level that includes the scientific study of human behavior in society and culture. Successful completion of this course will provide students with college level SOCI-1301 Introduction to Sociology, which is accepted at most Texas colleges and universities, as well as many out of state institutions. This course can be taken on a FBISD high school campus taught by an approved FBISD instructor or at a local community college. Please see “Dual Credit” sections for more information. SS532P - P-TECH Personal Financial Literacy DC 0.5 credits / 1 Semester / Grades: 10, 11, 12 Personal and family accounts, budgets and budgetary control, bank accounts, charge accounts, borrowing, investing, insurance, standards of living, renting or home ownership, and wills and trust plans. Student must be enrolled in Pathways in Technology Program at WHS and met all TSI requirements for Math and English
