Students will learn to install, configure, upgrade, and perform computer maintenance with respect to security using appropriate tools. Students acquire practical knowledge of system setup, diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques. This course aligns to an industry certification available to all students. CLP010 - Prin OF Law, P Saf, Cor, && Sec 1 credits / Full year course / Grades: 9, 10 Principles of Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security introduces students to professions in law enforcement, security, corrections, and fire and emergency management services. Students will examine the roles and responsibilities of police, courts, private security, and protective agencies. This course provides students with an overview of the skills necessary for careers in these areas.
