Hindi Level 3 advances student proficiency across all four domains of language learning—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—by reviewing key grammar concepts and introducing new tenses, vocabulary, and structures to support more complex communication. In alignment with the California World Languages Standards, students practice interpersonal communication by exchanging ideas in real-life contexts, interpretive communication by analyzing culturally authentic texts such as stories, poems, and media, and presentational communication through oral and written presentations. Culturally significant readings, ranging from classical mythology to modern social issues, enhance both language development and literary appreciation while deepening understanding of the Hindi-speaking world. Through collaborative projects, discussions, and writing assignments, conducted primarily in the target language, students strengthen fluency, accuracy, and confidence in expressing themselves.
