Irvington High – Accelerated Geometry/Algebra 2/Trig

Prerequisites: B or higher in both semesters of the accelerated 8th grade course (CC3/Algebra 1) or an A- in both semesters of Common Core Algebra 1 with an average of 90% or better on the District benchmarks. Students who earn less than a B at semester 1 may be moved from the accelerated class to Geometry. Students who earn less than a B at semester 2 will not remain in the accelerated class the following year.
