Hillsborough High School – Journalism 2-4 Yearbook

Students are responsible for designing the yearbook, arranging for the pictures to be taken, selling advertisements and anything else involved in producing the yearbooks. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors learn responsibility, the importance of meeting deadlines, and working with others. Students also learn business techniques and accountability. Students need to accept responsibility and be able to work with a minimum of supervision. [Honors credit available through portfolio process.] Work outside school hours is required.
Prerequisites: TEACHER RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED (Ms. McMullian in Room 506). Preference given to students who complete Journalism 1.
