The Freshman Philharmonic is an Intermediate Level string instrument performance clas for freshmen string instrumentalists with approximately three years of training in performance fundamentals. The orchestra rehearses during the school day. Music fundamentals and principles are taught, reinforced, and developed through the course curriculum. Students will continue to deepen their understanding of individual and ensemble performance skills performing intermediate literature. Fall Semester Only.

Prerequisites: Middle School Orchestra or Equivalent Prior Orchestral Experience
